Whispers ~ The Often Subtle Sometimes Rowdy Voice Of Truth

Those of you who've read any of my previous work already know I'm pretty big on intuition. Those of you who've not, well, I'm big on intuition. I believe it is one of the most powerful 'tools' we carry with us through our human adventure. And yes, it is an adventure! A crazy, beautiful, sometimes-terrifying adventure.
But back to intuition...over the course of the past 10 years or so, I've had more than a few experiences with the whispers of my Self; the voice that always knows what to say and when to say it. I call them 'whispers' because often times they're so subtle that they're barely heard. But then...there are also times when said whispers are more rowdy...like those of a 2 year old who's pitching a fit. Loud, boisterous voices that demand your attention, regardless of what you happen to be doing at that moment. They will not be denied. Regardless of how they show up, the whispers of our intuition are there to help guide us to the best of who we are. They are the voices that know you and love you and want you to live as you intended ~ joyfully, without fear or doubt, without pain or struggle. We did not come here to struggle or live fearfully. We came here to experience this magnificent adventure called Life, so that we could help the Divine live vicariously through us. I like to believe this is what was meant by being made "in His image". God (or whatever you call it) meant to live through us, not outside of us. That's my story and I'm stickin' to it.
Since all this began, the one thing that I've noticed time and time again is just how impeccable the timing of these whispers are. It doesn't matter what it's pertaining to. Or what my own sense of timing is. Those whispers arrive at exactly the right moment...every single time. It's uncanny! And when I feel myself losing patience or slipping into that vortex of fear, all I need do is take a moment to remember: they're here. Just listen. They are here. It works without exception.
Now that the book is finished, complete with ISBN, EAN and copyrights, I hold it in my hands and giggle at the magick of it all. It seemed to have taken so long. Yet, in hindsight, it was a split second. Time is funny that way, don't you think? (or is it 'hindsight'?) Anyway, here it is...and now it's time for me to share it with the world (that's a whole 'nother story, huh?) I really do believe that those who choose to read it will see just how easy it is to hear their own whispers....and how powerful they are in lending clues to following the truest path of Self.
P.S. Just FYI ~ this is not a "how to" book. It's a collection of true stories. Fun and funny (and sometimes worthy of a tear or five). Just so you know!

I enjoyed this article. David Tanguay recently submitted an article on intuition. I believe these "whispers" are interactions with God. I listen and am amazed by outcomes because of paying attention to them.
Congratulations on the book! I am sure it's an enjoyable read. I hope to read it someday. I have a lot of catching up to do in that area.
