Your Words Are Your Wand: Choose Them Well

Seems to me that folks don't pay much mind to their words. You hear things every day that are proof of this. Stuff like:
" My back is killing me ."
" I hate my life."
" I wish somebody would kill that jerk ."
" I'm dying to meet him."
" I'm sick and tired of...."
Very common little phrases that most folks use with nary a thought of what they're actually saying. If you read those statements, and really pay mind to the words...it's pretty obvious how detrimental they can be to one's over-all well being.
From the beginning of recorded history we've seen the power of words in action. Think of all the millions of people who pray. That is, those who pray sincerely. Gather a group together and the prayers are even more powerful (remember: "when two or more are gathered together..."). Regardless of one's chosen beliefs or religious tenets, the proof is in the pudding. In short, words spoken are energy. That energy is tossed out into the Universe, where it expands and becomes manifest in tangible form. This isn't an opinion here. This is scientifically proven stuff. (Loads of info via both Quantum Physics and Noetic Science)
Sound is energy. Thoughts are energy. WE are energy. Every single 'thing' we see, hear, touch, smell and feel is a result of that energy manifesting into what we like to call "reality". So it would seem fairly obvious that with each word spoken (particularly when they're spoken with passion) we are shooting little rockets of intention out into the Universe without a second thought as to what those rockets are going to 'do'. Kinda scary, huh?
The good news is that we each have the power to alter our behavior. We have the ability to create whatever we wish, whenever we wish by mere virtue of our intentions and then...our words. The tricky part is choosing those words.... before we speak them aloud. Choosing with care and mindful intentions. Taking those few seconds to actually think about what we're going to say, and then say what we mean as opposed to what just 'blurts' out of our mouths. Actually being conscious of our thoughts, with a clear understanding that we are all as powerful as the God we worship or believe in. You can view this as an enormous burden OR a magnificent gift. The choice is always yours. Should you choose to use your words (and your intentions) for the good of yourself and humanity, you will then see clearly what all the "enlightened ones" have tried to share with us all along:
YOU hold the power. YOU are the creator of your universe. YOU can live the life of your choosing with no more effort than it takes to wave a magic wand. If this all sounds too "phoofy" to you, it may just be you're not yet ready to take responsibility for your life. Or perhaps you'd rather pass the buck to your God. Or the fates. Or whatever other outside source that's "bigger" than you. Again...your choice. All I wish for you is a life of joyful experiences. A life filled with love and laughter and all things good. How you get there is up to you.
